Central East Regional Representative: Bobby Coffey
Bobby is a native of Jackson, Mississippi and has worked in the insurance and retirement planning industry for over 30 years.
Bobby’s personal recovery journey spans 18 years. He became interested in grassroots advocacy work as a result of his personal knowledge of discriminatory insurance laws and practices. His testimony before the DC City Council was instrumental in the repeal of the alcohol exclusion rule in the District of Columbia.
Bobby is a founding member of the DC Recovery Community Alliance and has worked on Recovery Month Celebration events for the past 5 years. He lives in Washington, DC.
